Tenant has yet to move all their stuff out, but so far while giving tours I've noticed the following (based on my before pictures compared to how things are now, I took a few pics of damage while walking through so I could compare at home right now):-Bathroom counter has a thumbnail size chip in it, very noticeable and was not in before move in pictures.

I would like something that allows me to create "projects" on a per property basis and has places to place all the pictures and scanned documents (picture of front, picture of back, picture of kitchen, MLS listing, etc...), can do some of baseline calculations (like the BP calculators - which are awesome!)

*I found one speaker who might have been 30 with businesses on LinkedIn in 1999 when she was 10, her ig page filled with travel pics, but nothing about her multi million dollar businesses nor the 54 schools (lol) she opened in third world countries, she was also associated with three different businesses with no information available about any.

I have heard photographers charge $300-400 depending on the size of home, but we own ours so we can scan as many as we want.
