We have beautiful laminate floors, new carpets, fresh paint, newly painted cabinets, french patio doors, granite counter tops, spacious closets with organizers, light fixtures throughout including for dressing area, fans, fireplace, new vanity, pedestal sink.

It's a single family home, 3 bed/1bath, 877 sq ft property, more of cosmetic work (fresh paint, fixtures, etc) and landscaping on it's 10,000 sq ft lot.

This was a freshly renovated home, which usually don't make the best investments but the market was low at the time and with a basically brand new house, I went for it.

On top of that I make a very conscious effort to make sure that I enter new conversations with a fresh perspective and try not to either prejudge or let past stains show.
