With Darren, you actually hold the asset whereas PPR is a note fund.  

Your goal of buy and hold and flipping so soon seems very difficult, especially with a young child (our first is due in January).  

But I realized that holding onto them at the expense of my peace of mind just isn’t worth it.

When a child LLC (disregarded entity) is used to hold each property, and all of the tax reporting is done on the tax return of the parent entity, does each  individual child LLC need to file the BOI Report, or only the parent LLC?
