Lance Luvaul cost of corporate credit building programs: worth it?

Dunn & Bradstreet have one and I'm sure there are others but the one that pops out of a Google search first is the one from http://www.companiesinc.com/The benefit they advertise that I like best is a more rapid buildup of good corporate credit than if you were to DIY.Can anyone advise as to how effective these types of programs are?

You can find single family homes that pay 20%+ returns.Interesting that this is your experience... in West Michigan (Grand Rapids / Kalamazoo), there are definitely multi-family homes available that offer a very nice ROI.

The problems are that while the neighborhood is rapidly up and coming with a brand-new courthouse, brand-new health center, brand-new art center, huge university presence , new bars and restaurants, there is still a level of transients in the area that make me Worried about a building there.
