The lender is the one who sets this up as they are the ones who typically pay since its them who is to provide this as well as keep track of the loan, but only be a borrower if they use a servicer.

I do have a pool company coming out to provide estimates. 

@Kevin M Dobyns-Do they provide commercial loans for rentals or buy to live for a certain amount of time then list it as rental?

We use Propstream but I am looking for some added info that Propstream does not easily provide  @Sean OToole is the owner and he has built an incredible platform..
