Even if I were to get financing through the bank or private lender, is it even possible to pay myself though my company with money that I borrowed?

@James McGovern - my wife was in attendance and she and I own 20+ properties, a huge office building, have done multiple 1031 exchanges, Segregation studies, flips, private money, creative financing etc.  

Is there private water or do you have to dig a well?
