If you don't know that you can't understand many of the legal requirements.Might assume since a bank has the note, it's all legal, no issues in the print and that all servicing compliance is all good......wrong, and folks want to begin with NPNs?

I actually just finished turning that blog post that @Jerry Puckett posted into a Word doc that I printed & am going to keep with me.  

I just got word from the company doing my yellow letters that my order is printing.

I am sure there are small print disclosures that lawyers have developed that make this OK.its just when you lead with your marketing that there is a warranty it does make the inference that hey you can't lose...These types of notes bought in bulk have very little market value bordering on zero in the secondary resell market  @?

Plenty of podcasts and info on here on how to go about doing that.To answer your question, there are plenty of online places that will print off worthless POF letters for you.
