I would like to say that I am a follower of maintaining a healthy balance but I’m guilty that I dedicate ALL my spare time to finding more deals every day.

An extra step, that I'm guilty of not doing all the time, is to call each person that signs up and get to know them.  

Even if I were sued, I document everything and obey the law, so I won't be found guilty.

The circumstances were such that this poor guy went as far as to have his estranged brother and sister call and beg and plead to let their “idiot” brother out of the contract.

I know a couple who tried this, and they moved out after a few months because they did not want to continue enduring the anger, pleadings, and general abuse they received.

Notice pleading is not sufficient, there are specific things that have to be in that complaint for the court to have jurisdiction.

PV has for the past 2 years been pleading with their local mayor and anyone else that will listen that they're tired and done with what the short-term rental industry has done to their neighborhoods.

:(I sense too many red flags, and guilt is a terrible advisor.

I was guilty of this mistake in the beginning.
