VRBO will remove fake posts if alerted to them, but they're not the most pro-active at policing them.VRBO can be a good source of tenants, make sure you have very good photos, as your photos can be the difference between someone renting from you and from the next property on the list.

The listing only has a single exterior photo and the bank priced at $300k and it appears they are not aware or factoring in the interior condition.

From tryin g to reach his “team” to no available, to “hey we cleaned up, took photos and listed a apartment which led me to pop in on the property to see NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. same junk that was left is still there....Anyone have any good they can recommend?

I'd pull the listing, get WAY better photos made (lighting and wide angle), and relist $75 *higher*. 

Search directly on Craigslist for similar homes (compare via the photos too)  in your area and see what the range is. 

Also, I recommend hiring professional photographer to take professional photos of your unit.

B&B is good money but u need to take professional photos and market it well and constantly... find tips on YouTube.Key the choose one way and just do it coz do nothing will result holding cost.  

The thought is that the potential buyer can walk through the property with the listing pulled up on their phone and have an example photo of how furniture could be laid out rather than having to actually see it in the property.
