All told, the GP is making $337,500 just to arrange the deal (not including their reimbursement of any out of pocket costs they have already covered: due diligence costs, broker costs if they are paying anyone to bring them deals, legal setup costs, etc).  

Most of these online platforms can be set up to send automatic late fee notices and payment, archive tenant contact info and accounting.

Hello, I am evaluating custodians and LLC set up options for what will be my Checkbook Roth IRA/LLC.I see some of the custodians have a partner who will charge a chunk money to set up the LLC $800-1k+.

I don't mind committing 2-5 years to get everything running and established, so long as by the end of that time frame any portfolio I have is set up in a way to set it and forget it.
