The interesting part is that i am unsure what i love to do, I am a fairly decent artist but that is not really a passion of mine its more of a part time hobby to relieve stress.

Ive always had a passion for real estate, and it seemed like life had me all over the place for awhile. 

I want to be in this business to assist with pure passion and honesty.

Regardless of the mentorship program, since each mentor will bring their own bias towards risk/reward profiles, your truest feedback will come from investors and whether you can spread your passion and enthusiasm for the deal to them. 

I’m very excited to be joining such a strong community of people who share my passion for real estate investing.  

What i found interested me the most was Multi-Family in the 5+ unit range, the relative safety is what initially attracted me to it and as I learned more about it it became my passion.

If your passion is not real estate, but you want the exposure I'd look into REITs instead of direct investments.
