Thanks Account Closed @Vikas Raoot, an opinion from an apartment building with the same problem:-adjust closer (in my building they are the commercial type) and the door is heavy and the frame on the outside is metal so that usually means a loud BANG. also may just need some machine oil....

The installation cost is include in the materials, i.e. padding is $5/SF instead of $1.

.- Monthly Expenses: taxes: $125, water/sewer: $150, garbage $50, insurance: $125, repairs 5% (newer finishes, metal roof), vacancy 5-10% conservatively.- I'd be looking at a conventional loan (possibly owner contract) with 25% down.
