They probably didn't notice, but I would turn it back on so they have a fully functional machine.

My first thought is that although they may be functional, for resell appeal it would be best to have these re-routed to the ceiling.

We use Rent Manager, its not the cheapest ($75/month per user and a little more to set up) but it has a lot of functionality and I love a lot of what it does for us.
