I would recommend you speak with your tax advisor and set it up correctly from the start, whether an LLC, Trust or something else.Also consider states different laws, maybe find a state with more friendly landlord protections.

Hello BP landlords,My property’s mailbox keys were not returned by the previous tenants and my management company is saying that they can not get my mailbox keys until a new tenant is in the property so they can request a key with a copy of the lease. is there any way I can request a mailbox key from the USPS before my unit is rented?

Which at it's simplest basic form is YOU, the landlord, are actively paying the bank so you can own the property, not the bank.

It allows the laundromat to advertise their service to a high-yield potential client while making us, as the landlord, look really fancy. :)
