None of the banks around my area have that capability, if they do they require tenant to provide forms etc which tenant is not inclined to provide.

The seller is actually willing to finance the whole deal (minus rehab of course and 20% down), but after meeting with him personally I'm not inclined to carry on a post-closing relationship.

If they posted my the same cheque (check) on the day the rent was due and it arrived several days later I'd consider the rent late.I'd expect bank transfers etc to arrive into my account the same day the rent was due.Again, thinking purely practically if I received notification each month the rent was paid on the due date and it arrived in my account the next working day I wouldn't be inclined to make an issue out of it. 3 days or more is a problem, less is a transactional delay I can live with, especially if it's routine and reliable.

Most people who leave reviews are the ones who have had a negative experience (because of the aforementioned reason about the positive experiences) and 2. there are a lot of people on here who respond to turnkey forums who have absolutely no experience with turnkeys, so I really don't know why they feel inclined to knock it when they don't actually know.
