Marriott just made a huge investment to get a share of the African market there believing there will be a big increase in tourism and the economy.

Besides that, I would say being on the ground defintely helps---if you can take a few hours every weekend to drive up here, I think it will be of an immense benefit.

The bigger story here is how attorney's just won years worth of work in tying things up in immense litigation until the 2nd coming....This will go on for a long looooong time. $1.8B is more than enough incentive itself alone to fund a legion of attorneys for years on end.
