Gold being one of the earliest currencies in the human civilization, it is funny that there are no standardizations yet ;)BTW I just got a reply from my lender, and they said that the gold has to be essentially liquidated to cash before making it count.

I was just asking, because I had seen a YouTube video about keeping in contact with prospective buyers, being that it's human nature that people do business with those they know, like and trust.I see where you're coming from as well, and I agree to a certain extent; as long as you're not a jerk and do what you say you're going to do, buyers buy because of the DEAL, and not so much because of a relationship...

The reason for loan minimums is cost of servicing and the number of loans involved, there is a flat cost to each loan your service. .125%/.25% or about is a general servicing fee in portfolio, toss a flat cost in there and you may not be making anything, at some point you're losing money each month.Nothing to do with affordable housing or borrower risks so much as the profits.Habitat for Humanity and other affordable housing programs make a dent in some areas.
