With over 68% of households having a pet, it can seriously increase your vacancy rate by not allowing pets, but can also increase repair expenses as a result of allowing pets.

The amount the HA pays is determined by two things.  1) How much income the household reports having and 2) how much the HA believes utilities should cost in your unit based on the size, age, exposed walls, appliances, utilities, etc.
