The property cash flows at a 15% ROI…………………..before insurance, debt service, utilities, management, vacancies, repairs, maintenance, payroll and property taxes7.

I'm keen to connect with fellow STR owners in the area to gather insights on the ease of finding cleaning services and associated running costs.

The con is it is putting upward pressure on the cost of service.

It can help to see the expenses that may come up in STRs.I would personally look into co-hosting over arbitrage if starting on a tight budget.

Then all you realistically can do is manage bookings, delegate to handymen for repairs and hire cleaning service.
