It is near Broad Ripple Village which is a popular place in Indianapolis for college students and young professionals to pair up and rent houses as a group.

There are some duplexes in Prairie Village but I doubt the numbers would work out.

They have to track the deadlines on everyone they have, make sure they are handling notices from city, village etc.

Village/city may or may not force you to redo work with permits, open walls, pass rough, pass final (not always likely but can happen). 3.
