Well my worst fear just happen I have lost my HUD realtor that does all my HUD bidding for me. 

Every agents I speak with feels the same and fear to their future.

I immediately calmed his fears.  

Lack of substantial investment funds and a little fear of trying something so new.

As long as I remember to add off-site reservations to VRBO, I can accept instant book reservations on all my listings without the fear of double booking.

As I listened to the forecast and frantically typed my notes, it occurred to me how many different types of people were in the room (we all had to do introductions - if you have a fear of public speaking I would suggest preparing something ahead of time for fear of passing out).
