And manage for the investors on the back end. 

I would never do it for any “buyer” putting down less than 25%.

For investments, you'll likely want a conventional loan for commercial properties.

Obviously you'll want to budget for vacancy, Capex, maintenance, PM, etc....but I'm curious if those other strategies work to help even things out.
