Try to group showings to minimize disturbance to the current tenants. 

I had no idea what was going on until we got an order from the township telling us we are not allowed to rent individual rooms and they discovered this was happening due to the police getting called to a disturbance at the house.

Apparently on Black Friday he was at a grocery store, displayed ‘disturbing behavior’ and someone called the police on him.   

A good tenant pays on time, keeps their unit clean, don't cause any disturbances and respects your property.

I found this thread to be disturbingly restimulating, in a bad way.  

It's in everyone's best interest to not disturb the tenants any more than necessary.
