Hi BP Community,I am about to have a flip read for paint and need to decide on a wall color.

When a prospective tenant/applicant searches through available listings they will quickly move onto the next one when they see what appears to be a dark, cluttered or dirty property. 

And you do not need to add more color than financing fell through. 

Much talk of our tenants true colors showing though has been made in this forum.
