Water is easier as it poses no real danger to the surrounding properties if you have a leak and flood your house. 

First deals are always dangerous.

Some of this real estate information is dangerous because when used incorrectly it can be a very expensive mistake.

I haven't gone through the process yet myself so don't know if there are hidden catches or dangers, but I don't see why this is would be more risky than what I have heard some do with maxing out credit cards to get started.

If you look at the demographics on this site it is heavy with those wanting to get in the game and some want to come in and learn it and some want to hop in quick because sometimes a little education is dangerous. 

What I hear so far does not comport with that notion, which is why I'd love to hear any counter argument with substance.

I dont think there is anything thats really dangerous or anything over there.

They are going to have trouble proving the house was inhabitable without hotel receipts or some other proof the temperature was dangerously low.
