Municipalities all over this country are forcing themselves into our homes with threats such as: "you cannot rent your home without a rental inspection and paying our rental licensing fees" and "we must inspect the inside of your home to insure it meets our standards."

I was disappointed with the termination of the call and how the salesperson used extreme guilt tripping, shame, and threats of never being eligible to do this in the future when I'm ready.

Maybe a threat of a lawsuit will be enough to get them to ease their stance with you at least......Or to find some other alternative than limiting the number of rentals.

@Carmelo Alba  I posted a scam I got I redacted the name so I did not get death threats from the perpetrators.. however I think it was helpful for who ever read the thread to see what a scam actually looks like in real time.. next time anyone gets a communication of that type they will know without a doubt to just delete it.
