Let your customers pay you in Fiat currency and even some Bitcoin.

Belize is a British protectorate, follows British common law, English is the official language, and their currency is pegged to the dollar.

Karen if you're bullish on a currency with a 2 year time horizon what do you think about buying a rental property in the country with the currency you're bullish on and collecting rent while you wait for your currency bet to materialize?  

I know places like Miami and Los Angels are ahead of the curve, but wondering if anyone has used in the Phoenix Metro area.  

I am interested in REIT's because of the tax breaks, it's exposure to Real Estate and it's not speculative investments (Crypto, Facebook, Amazon, etc). 

@Logan Hicks Lot's of spread there but I'm not seeing much in the way of passive income return with all the currency volatility a and confusion in the Russian and Chinese economy.

I hold properties and cryptocurrency. 

We want to take advantage of the prices there now and especially the whole Pound to Euro currency at the minute.

Managing the currency risk alone is a task in itself.

My concern is the fees associated with such small investments using crypto.
