We are waiving the asbestos ($200), (possible asbestos containing vinyl in kitchen, which we will either cover up with vinyl plank, or remediate once we actually own the house, and lead ($300).

As pointed out, the windows are likely just about useless in terms of any privacy or heat/air containment. 

Everything in the house probably contains asbestos.

Ya it highly market specific to.. when in our area and much of the west were this is badly needed  permits to put any structure up on.. run 30 to 75k or more.. so in reality you can crane in an ADU and plop it on a lot plenty of those companies produce those from Container homes ( here is a good friend of mines company) www.relevantbuildings.com  by the time you even buy one of these and pay all the fee's and then the foundation and run utls etc. your going to be in it 200k at least..

It is sad to say that most books are pathetic and virtually carbon copies of every book that contains knowledge about two grades below high school.What you need to do is tuck your money away so it stops burning your leg through the hole in your pocket.
