That is not reasonable.As far as rentals go, you won't pay SE tax on that income.And believe it or not S corps are one of the less audited returns.

Seems like you have an ordinary trade or business, so I would go the S-corp route so you can save on SE tax.

I am not against Income Tax, per se, but I am against the current Income Tax Structure.
