And that's the kind of thinking that will get you screwed.The courts are completely shut down where I live.

I am concerned with the county wide shut down order for COVID19 and the announcement that evictions are suspended for 60 days will affect my ability to collect rent. 

We know  Vegas is shut down.

The country is shutting down and people are stopping work.

Yes this is becoming more the norm and the longer we remain shut down the worse things will get for people.

I’m hoping they will allow real estate transactions to keep moving a long even if we get into a more substantial shut down situation. 

Also, Indy has been about 2 weeks behind Boston in closing things down and if we are any sign of things construction will be shut down soon... when that happens you don't want to be stuck with a HML so this might be a blessing in disguise! 

@Joe Villeneuve she was in childcare and has done admin work but with all that shut down she is out of work.
