Maybe from a buy and hold for appreciation one, but there's going to be a lot of negative cash flow from the get go.It seems most successful deals are being made via high end flips, fix and holds/multi family holds in low income areas, or those getting into gentrifying neighborhoods like West Oakland/Emeryville border area.  

IF Not, consult with a cross-border accountant & lawyer; set up first before you purchase your US investment.

It almost seems inevitable, as national borders don't seem to matter much here anymore.Precious metals seem like a good hedge against inflation.

One other thing in an older BP version, is that once a post reached a certain number of votes, the border around that post changed a bit to highlight that post and draw the reader's attention, and it changed again at another vote threshshold (something I admit I liked, to make sure I didn't miss something outstanding in some thread).Keep in mind that the BP site limits your number of vote bullets in a given time interval, so you may want to be selective in voting lest you run out of votes just before I post something great :)

Still, I guess if you want to grow you need to make some gambles and incur some added expenses(?).

This will help them and save your butt from a lawsuit.You gambled (blindly), you lost and you stand a chance to get out intact.

If I had 7 I would most likely go the PM route but understanding that could be a gamble as no one will ever care more about your investments than you.
