They know which areas to stay out of.John, I'm headed over there again on Wed 6/12, for a few days.

First of all, a Fraternity CHAPTER house is usually a place for organizational meetings and ceremonies all of which don't involve excessive drinking.

I have to go there next week for my cousin's wedding.

I'd like to partner with them to restore the property and rent it out for events, weddings, STR, etc. and potentially even sell off half the property for a high end private ranch.  

Covid changed ALL of those plans...My job to get more specific; I am a Sommelier and run all of the banquets, weddings, and special events for a top-tier Michelin restaurant in Beverly Hills.

Thankfully our offer and being a newlyweds (using all of our wedding money to purchase the home) became the most appealing offer to the bank owned property (Who knew they had a heart!).

I have a mountain property in mind, near a great wedding venue and a great Mountain town and recreation area, mostly in the summer.  

By this time, we want to be able to retire from corporate America, start my wedding planning business, and my boyfriend wants to grow his wedding photography business, and of course, we both want to keep investing in real estate.

They did a presentation last wed at the meetup about tax liens and I know they were interested in getting a pool of investors to tackle the area together.

Off season wedding rentals too could generate extra income.
