Seriously though, you will learn how to evaluate applicants as you gain more experience, so that you can tell a good twenty-something tenant from a bad fifty-something tenant using criteria other than age.

I have shown it to twenty parties.

Twenty years later, it feels pretty nice to have a spare million or so in your back pocket as well as thousands in positive cash flow per month.
