Hey @Sophie Godwin when things get opened up again, I would tell everyone, "If you know someone who is behind on their payments, taxes or is a landlord who needs to get out, call me".That is the quickest, easiest, cheapest way to get the phone ringing while keeping a job. 

Because if it is, then my ears are ringing ching,ching, CHING!

So, I'm processing all of it again in my head, thinking it'll suck to start over from square one...and then my phone rings, it's the agent. 

The last thing you want to do is  waste money on marketing and not get the phone ringing. 

Bought 2 new refrigerators, new community washer and dryer, purchasing the Ring home security system, spotlights and cameras all around the property.

You will better understand the challenges and may also decide to invest in the Ring Cities around Detroit instead.
