Anyone Wants To Start A Mastermind/Accountability Group?

Have you considered joining a mastermind group to surround yourself with like-minded individuals?

You could also spend that money and go to an investing conference or join a mastermind group...the best investment is always in yourself right?! 

Bootcamps, meetups, mentors, coaches, masterminds, books, podcasts all put you on the right path.

You mentioned a mentor, have you ever considered a mastermind instead?

If you do not yet have these goals set in place, that is OK too but I'd recommend reading, consuming BP content and masterminding with folks (via meetups, forums, etc) to get a sense of what you want to accomplish and how you'd like to get there.If you, like many other newer investors, plan on getting started with your first property sooner rather than later, the experience of working with your team (Lender, Attorney, Realtor, etc.) will be invaluable.

Hello BP investors, I'm looking to see if any investors are interested in doing a mastermind group? 

I am now offering them a rent to own, so they can fulfill their dream of owning their place of business.I am involved in a mastermind now and learning a lot about how to handle things more professionally:- identifying a deal with value add opportunity - a "unicorn",- test driving the property during due diligence - see if the vacancies could be rented,- replace mom and pop with regional/national tenants.Would love to read the story of your first deal!
