There are pockets of good areas, east of 95 freeway near Summerlin 450-550k, Spring Valley near Chinatown 450-500k, and behind MGM casino off Maryland/Tropicana (350-400k).

You would have better odd's going to a casino and putting everything you have on black at the roulette table than you do of having a good outcome of a rental property bought via HML.

So much money is going to flow into the area, and all the existing nearby buildings with the exception of the new Hollywood Park Casino need to get either renovated or torn-down and rebuilt.

in a nut shell any business in the Zone if they rebuilt new construction or facility got to write off 50% year one.. so you saw hotels casinos  car dealers  medical plazas shopping centers..
