There's an awesome place closer to Arvada called Jack 'n' Grill off of Sheridan.  

I mean we are a top place for Vegans while being rated the best BBQ city in the country.  2, what are the up and coming, young professional, neighborhoods in Austin?

My strategy from the beginning has been networking and finding people with experience, offering to take them out for a coffee or a beer, and listening to their experience while grilling them with as many questions as possible.My goals in joining biggerpockets are to continue to learn from those with more experience than me while making better connections in the local markets that I have interest in (Bakersfield, greater Boston, Japan) while sharing my experiences and advice with those newer to real estate who may be interested in the areas I have experience.

Don't get lured in by a brand name, a franchised location of BK can default just as easily as Ron's Famous BBQ...Get a worthwhile personal guarantee, check past rental history, etc.
