You can pay an annual fee if you want to have access and usage of CAR forms, but why would you when you can get free real estate forms from Firdt Tuesday.

After that you'd be free to move back into your single family home property if you so choose. 

I really like the all aspects of it as an investor with property managers for my properties, and it doesn't hurt that it's free since I'm not that big.
