Just picked up an 8000sqft building in Western mass (7 apartment, 1 commercial space) that is heated by oil and paid for by the landlord.

The rental is in western Pennsylvania in your neck of the woods, as you know there are plenty of rentals and plenty of houses for sale at all price points, others in the area settle for $450 and even $400 per month with everything included, I don't know how they breakeven...

Based on my criteria, I have been looking in the south-western Milwaukee area, particularity West Allis, Wauwatosa, Greenfield, etc.For anyone here who may be familiar with these markets, I'm hoping to get some opinions on my analysis on two of the better properties I've found.

There are the obvious telltale signs of a scam that have been written here ad nauseam: upfront money, Western Union, bad grammar, 6% interest, inappropriate license, private insurance, and on and on.Similarly, Connected Investors, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Facebook, and others are cesspools of scammers.
