Hello. My wife and I have been enjoying success with a few short term rentals and we're now looking to diversify into the long term market. We want to start buying and holding some single and/or multi- family properties on the western side of the DFW metroplex. We joined BP hoping to connect with brokers and wholesalers. We are cash buyers. Any references would be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance!

Hey Tony! I'm also an investor in DFW. I only have one rental at the moment, but am looking to scale up. I have found that DFWREIClub.com has a great list of references and a lot of trainings and meetups that they host. They also have a forum on their website. Good luck!
