I would personally suggest going to REI meetups in your area and fellow investors will gladly point out the stars of the realtor world.

I have worked with many B/A through the years and there have been some rock stars, no doubt about it, but they have all shared one common interest, they transitioned too investing.

And, gratefully, I have 4 5-star reviews. 

However my first moves will be to invest with the primary goal of learning and connect with some rock stars as @davidgreene would say.Would love your thoughts!

A 1-star review isn't the end of the world, but if you see a pattern of hostile or arrogant responses from the PM company, well....A few questions to ask:1) Do you, or the owners of the PM company, own rental property?

I almost bought a property in what they rated as a 4/5 star neighborhood, and it turns out from asking people who know the area, that I would rate it as more of a 2-1/2 star area.Having said that, I think roofstock is an excellent and legitimate platform for buying/selling properties and I'd buy from them if I found the right property.

If its furnished with appliances and furniture that are 5 star worthy you've got nothing to lose! 

I've had clients pay tax of nearly a hundred thousand dollars because the stars didn't align and they were busy.
