I have just sent my first 400 yellow letters out on Friday, with another 400 to go out this Wednesday, and another 300 to go out next Monday so I believe that makes me far from a pro.

So far i have sent out a little over 600 yellow letters (mainly to absentee) and haven't gotten the responce rate i was hoping for :/ ( also doing a couple bandit signs, And soon going to start posting ads on craigslits or other real estate sites ) But i know once i get a deal it'll be a snow ball effect.

the exemption from what we see in the states that are cracking down is you can offer a contract.. but it cannot describe the home send pictures of the home beds baths etc etc.. you can only say you have this contract for sale.so for those who thing they need to get started as wholesalers this is a pretty restrictive covenant and probably keeps them from getting any traction.although from my experience with receiving yellow letters and other marketing for my properties the amount of follow up is pathetic and the people I talk to clueless by and large..
