Recently bought a property and a tenant already had a tv dish on the roof.

(Family member, friend, neighborhood person who knows when that tenant is home or gone.My husband and I would leave a radio playing in the house or a TV, in order to let people THINK there is still someone living there. 

You hear that statement frequently from the talking heads on TV and I think it's perpetuating a conventional wisdom that's not necessarily true and does a disservice to the average American listening.  

It won't make TV shows.
