Just think about it : )If the second floor sewer line was clogged, it would come up into the tub or shower there (flood rim on a shower is 4") and then overflow the toilet on the second floor also, not the first floor.You need to have a licensed plumber check your yard line for any obstruction such as roots.

hey man I would definitely suggest getting a permeant resident first as Kevin mentioned, not just from a financial point of view but also it'd be better to plant your roots somewhere. 

The two largest misconceptions newbies have are rooted into capital demands and time.  

My question really was rooted in the fact that I was told recently that investing in a short term rental in Orlando only really makes you money if you pay cash for the property as opposed to have it morgaged.
