I could never buy the "car I've always wanted" and keep letting some unknown idiot drive off in it over and over..... the stress would offset any tiny profit.

I would then use the tenant rental payment to pay the mortgage and land lease, and perhaps get a tiny bit of positive cash flow.I myself don't own any property yet (I am a newbie interested in commercial properties), but I have some capital and a very good credit score.

Well the home was cramped and kitchen was tiny do we removed a wall and gave it a more open feeling as well as completely updating the house with new floor, paint, lights, cabinets, appliances.

Unless it some tiny old school mom and pop business, no one is going to pay business travel expenses with a check....Bogus checks can take longer than 30 days to come up a fake/fradualant
