@Marion Rice depends what the rest of the numbers look like but I dislike condos primarily for this reason, I'd probably sell and find a better investment.

If you are concern of a sticky roommate situation be very clear during the lease signing that all listed on the lease (including any co-signers) are equally responsible for rent.
