I have no problem with the provider profiting from  the service they provide, however, I have not seen any stellar deals. 

I was able to find a safe & legal path to move forward with them and they ended up being stellar deals. 

It can be a little challenging but I have worked with handy men that work for management companies and they did less than stellar work.

Hey there, So if you are looking to invest, make sure you have a stellar PM person on the ground to handle your rental.

Kona is nearly impossible to cash flow but has stellar appreciation. 

My two cents - SouthEast WI is stellar. 

Now that the area is super saturated with STR options, it performs well but not stellar. 

The neighbors on either side of the house kind of stink, which is another reason I’d rather give a little and allow odd animals and get someone with better credit than get someone with less than stellar credit and no animals.
