So if it costs $1000 and the life span is 10 years and it was 2 years old when they moved in, charge them $800. 

I know people owned multiple units within a span of a few years, so It's possible.

The furnace (FAU) is good for up to 30 years, the AC condenser is past it's expected life span at half that.

@Leland Smith I’m an architect and designed an open floor span with 24” wood trusses that spanned 35’ the entire length of a 60’ house.

@Anish PatelI can only speak for myself, of which I’m sure many are very thankful, but here goes…My SOW on a property that size would probably span 12-20 pages.

However, when it happened last march/april - in the span of about 3 weeks I lost over 37k worth of bookings most of them for april/may.
