I’ve recently have had a spark at this start of this year looking to change my life.

Huntsville, if land there is worth anything (tourists, vacation properties) there are some nice options.I know that I posted vaguely about this in the past, but this latest issue has sparked my interest.If anybody here has ever completed a tax sale in ontario I'd love to discuss it.

I came across a couple investors out of Windsor Ontario that have been absolutely killing it and that sparked my interest.

I have four properties in Reno/Sparks.

There are several good companies out there that will provide this service (check out spark rentals website by Brian Davis and Deni Supplee).  

If this sparks ideas and they want to get involved, we continue the conversation and if/when it makes sense for them to do so they make the choice to invest.

Some may be decent investors and many more are nothing more than marketing salesman the man in the blue suit is getting rich on your dreams   ( low spark of the high heel boys) Steve Winwood. 

So a couple of my friends are thinking of purchasing properties at foreclosure auctions and it sparked my interest.
