As you write checks and make deposits your income tax return is preparing itself.At the end of the tax year print a simple Profit and Loss report for the time period and hand it to your bookkeeper or CPAYou still need to keep receipts for seven years or so but the works does itself as you write and code each check.Even if you file as an LLC, Partnership or corporation your CPA will thank you.

For generations, hell millennia, things operated on a simple system that there is some geographic feature, somewhere, that brings many together in 1 spot, that brings more, a city builds, grows, and get's to a size that a kind of "gravity" is made putting people and industry in a geographic "orbit" of that market center.

Just a simple online way to keep track of the loan, that tracks & receives payments, and increases the loan amount each month based on the agreed interest rate etc.I'm going to keep searching online but I'm sure there's a wealth of knowledge here and I'm willing to bet some of you have used multiple platforms.Please let me know if you have advice.Thanks!!!
